If you have a worthy Opportunity, it may require a Commitment that requires you to temporarily forgo your personal goals, life. Don’t forget to restore your Balance when it’s finished.
If you’re truly Passionate about your Product/Service, you’ll want to know everything about the field. Share that with others and become the expert.
Price yourself & your product higher than you think it’s worth. It may be accepted as-is or it gives you room to negotiate and you can both feel like you’ve won. It’s easier to ¯ $$ thru discounts etc, than to $$.
When you have a Problem, look at it as a challenge to win. Learn from it & grow.
When you see a Problem, think of what opportunities it presents for products or services.
Promoting yourself can be a good way of promoting your Product or Service. Once you’ve established rapport, you can build credibility.
Periodically, Review your Results. Did you get what you expected? Why? Why not? What can you do to get them?
Rotten Apple (in your organization), is like a cancer and can spread if not cut out. Moving fast to remove, will prevent the demoralization, energy/momentum drain.
Strategy is identifying an advantage/ opportunity before the competition, then moving fast to bring it to the market.

Take the time to get to know your Team – their strengths & weaknesses + a little of their personal life – so you can empathize with them and they’ll feel closer to you – be more motivated.
Train your Team so that they know what you expect and can make decisions without you. Develop a system, policy for everyones guidance.
Winning isn’t everything. It’s how you win “fairly” that’s more important. What did you learn? What would you do different next time?
What are the Characteristics of a good Company?
1) Finds out what their Customer’s really want and tries to give it to them – which makes them a very loyal customer.
2) Everyone in company is deeply committed the Vision (long-term goals). They feel proud of what they do and are recognized by Management.
3) Holds their people by giving them challenges, are responsive to their needs and provides an environment for them to grow.
