Sean, a PhD and licensed Psycho-Therapist (he’s completing a second PhD in clinical Hypnosis), discusses what he learned from his hardships growing up.
Lesson 1: Born to Kick ‘But’: In Sean’s childhood, the challenges he faced gave him object lessons he needed to cope with life. He introduces us to his core philosophy: “Cause & Effect”.
Lesson 2: Start Connecting. It is better to more deeply connect with others to create strong relationships. Network at every opportunity. Keep in contact with your most important connections frequently.
Lesson 3: Watch what you Say to Yourself. Our words/ thoughts can have the effect of creating good or bad for us. Keep thinking (+) positive. As soon as a (-) thought comes in, get back on the (+) track
Lesson 4: Master your Physical Confidence. Minimize your self-esteem issues, The more confidence you have, the more you’ll be able to communicate what’s important to you – with enthusiasm – to get their support.
Lesson 5: Focus your Focus. Change your focus from what you don’t have, to what you can be thankful for. Direct your mind toward what you want to achieve, have or be, rather than feeling sorry for what you don’t have. Thinks of how much you’ll enjoy it when you have it.
Lesson 6: Choose your Friends Wisely. Avoid the takers, drainers & destroyers. Re-channel that energy into cultivating (+) friends that will support you and you’ll inspire each other.
Lesson 7: Take Full Responsibility for your Life. Either you own your situations, or they own you. Our choices determine our consequences. What do I want? Go for it !!!
