Speaker for Thurs 10 Sept is Ralph Patterson – who has retired from Funding Start-ups after many, many years, but still loves talking about them. His topic will be “Crowd-Funding, an International Look”.

Explosion. The number of Crowd-Funding organizations has exploded over the last few years – providing more funding opportunities than ever before. He will tell you about the best ones.

Realism. Don’t expect to get $Millions for your Start-up – unless you got the next Facebook. Generally speaking, you can raise a few thousand – more or less – depending how great the funders find your product or service. You could offer “equity” in your company, or products that you will produce from the $$ they’ve given you.
