Concerning your new Product or Service . . .
1. Is it Meaningful, Significant?
Will it make a contribution to civilization? How will it help people? Will it make their lives easier, better, more manageable, less stress?
2. Is it the “Next great Thing?
Will it open up a new useful field? Will it significantly improve the way people do things? Will it save them time?
3. Is it Deep, Intelligent, Complete, Elegant, Emotive?
If it’s most of these, you’ve got a Winner. Go for it !!!
4. Have you created a Mantra for what you do?
“We will save you time; Help you manage your life better, Provide you with great enjoyment & Not mess with your Stress !!!
5. Is your Pitch 15, 20, 30?
Is your Presentation to Partners, Prospects, Candidates, Funders, about 15 Slides (short, concise), 20 minutes (to hold their attention) & 30 points (so it’s easy to read).
6. Can you get into the Market on your Dime?
Have you figured out “no” and “low” cost ways of getting the word out about you? Free PR, Blog, Demos, etc.
7. Building your Team.
Will you hire people with the most “passion” vs those that have the most experience? Will you hire people who are much smarter than you – particularly where you are weak or void (to avoid a gap in your app) [Poetic License].
